Compensation is $17 an hour

Overview

We’re looking for people who thrive off using their customer service skills to connect with residents and guests to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk – accept packages, answer phone calls, etc
Allow authorized guest access to the community
Manage all resident’s requests
Build lasting relationships to assist in retaining residents
Use attention to detail skills to perform the required office administrative tasks
Help with leasing activities when needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
Valid Driver’s license is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
Legal authorization to work in the United States
