Compensation: $18 per hour
 

Overview

Greystone Apartments are looking for a Maintenance Technician with irrigation qualifications to maintain, troubleshoot and repair the irrigation systems across several apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Maintain property landscaping and curb appeal
• Ensure water conservation
• Routine preventative Maintenance
• Maintain accurate records
• Adjust timers
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• 2+ years experience in irrigation
• Working knowledge of controllers, wiring and plumbing 
• Ability to review and understand schematics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
