Compensation: $18 per hour
Overview
Greystone Apartments are looking for a Maintenance Technician with irrigation qualifications to maintain, troubleshoot and repair the irrigation systems across several apartment communities.

Responsibilities
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Maintain property landscaping and curb appeal
- Ensure water conservation
- Routine preventative Maintenance
- Maintain accurate records
- Adjust timers
- Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s license is required
- 2+ years experience in irrigation
- Working knowledge of controllers, wiring and plumbing
- Ability to review and understand schematics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
